Opened in 2003, Auckland-based Anna Miles Gallery is known for advocating for and representing critically acclaimed and influential contemporary New Zealand artists.
The emerging and established New Zealand artists represented by the gallery work across a wide range of mediums including drawing, painting, photography, jewellery, ceramics and moving image. Many artists represented by the gallery work with traditions associated with the decorative arts.
Anna Miles Gallery artists have received national recognition in the form of awards, residencies and inclusion in public institutional collections.
This year, at the Art Fair 2011, Anna Miles Gallery will exhibit works by Amber Wilson, Johanna Pegler, Octavia Cook and Richard Stratton.
