Day 10 (Part One): Gow Langsford Gallery

Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Gow Langsford Gallery fosters and promotes contemporary art from New Zealand and abroad.

After more than 300 exhibitions, Gow Langsford has developed into one of New Zealand’s most influential dealer galleries. Artists such as Colin McCahon, Ralph Hotere, Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst and Jeff Koons feature in the gallery’s online stockroom – evidence of its place as a market leader in works on the secondary market.

In addition, the contribution of Maori and Pacific visual arts to the identity of New Zealand in an international context is avidly supported by the gallery.

Established in 1987, Gow Langsford Gallery is in two locations in Auckland City – 26 Lorne Street and on the corner of Kitchener and Wellesley Streets.

Exhibited Artists: Judy Millar, Dale Frank, Dick Frizzell and Michael Hight.
