Kaan is lauded for his serene and minimal seascapes, using symbols and features signifying more profound ideas – he discusses these, as well as the evolution of his practice and intention.

Ceramicist Julie Cromwell will talk through her ongoing study of ceramic vessels and the aesthetic nature of her practice. She will discuss her particular interest in how the works represent both their physical form, as well as embody intangible qualities such as spatial, sensual and ethereal.
