Our Fair Cafe and Fair Bar are presented in partnership with Savor Group, one of Auckland’s most loved hospitality teams. Offering a range of gourmet sandwiches, salads, and sushi alongside drinks by our beverage partners, Champagne Pommery, Two Rivers Wine, Four Pillars Gin, and ST. ALi Coffee

Drinks at the Fair
Bars throughout the Fair will be serving a wines, Champagne and cocktails, making it easy to turn your visit into a full day out. Champagne Pommery, Four Pillars Gin, Two Rivers Wine, and ST. ALi Coffee will be available across the Fair.

Four Pillars Gin
Four Pillars Gin is a proud partner of the Aotearoa Art Fair. At Four Pillars we believe gin should be bold, creative, and unmissable, rooted in tradition yet driven by innovation. Two Rivers Wine
Two Rivers is a family-owned winery situated in the pristine Marlborough region of New Zealand. Their mission is to harness the intense fruit flavours of Marlborough while producing elegant wines that reflect purity and a sense of place. ST. ALi
ST. ALi is the exclusive coffee partner of the Fair and will be served in all Fair bars and cafés. ST. ALi is Australia’s largest independent specialty coffee roaster, founded in 2005 in a South Melbourne warehouse. 21 years later, they continue to lead and push boundaries, shaping how Australia drinks coffee through direct farmer relationships, in-house roasting, and food that matters.
